# Install TiviMate Player on Firestick

### Before you start

Use a compatible Fire TV device. Install apps only from trusted sources.

TiviMate is a media player. You need a playlist or provider account separately.

### Install the app

1. Open **Find** → **Search** on your Fire TV home screen.
2. Search for `Downloader` and install the app from Amazon's Appstore.
3. Open **Settings** → **My Fire TV** → **Developer Options**.
4. Enable **Install unknown apps** for Downloader.
5. Open Downloader and enter the download address supplied by TiviMate's official source.
6. Download and install the APK. Then select **Open**.

### Finish setup

1. Select **Add playlist** when TiviMate opens.
2. Choose your playlist type.
3. Enter the details from your provider.

Disable unknown-app access for Downloader after installation if you no longer need it.
